Payment must be received within (10) business days of class or within your invoice terms, whichever occurs first. If you register within 5 business days of class, payment is due upon registration. If providing payment when you register is not convenient, you may provide a credit card to hold your registration and then hand deliver payment to us the first day of class.
You can use various modes of payments like Credit Cards, purchase orders, vendor voucher like SATV, Citrix vouchers, Cisco Learning credits to get our trainings. We can accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and U.S. government credit cards. For credit card users, charges will be in the currency of the country where the class takes place and will be converted by your credit card company. Microtek Learning is not responsible for fluctuations due to exchange rates. Prepayment is required from students outside the U.S. Pricing, registration terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be applied to your invoice. For prepaid packages, applicable taxes will be deducted from the deposit amount as classes are taken.
Microtek Learning reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms and conditions, to make changes to any of our products or programs described on this website, or to change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability. Microtek Learning’s sole liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course, and our company shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever. We will endeavor to give enrollees as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrollment. You will get all details about class registrations, course cancellations, refunds and retake policies at the time of class registration because it varies as per the standard vendors.
Individual products that are sold as components of a multiproduct package or bundle are not eligible for refund. Any opened or accessed product is not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
*e-Keys are not included. Transferring or sharing your e-Keys or login credentials with anyone else is a violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal action.
Cancellation Policy for Self-Paced Web Delivery: Online subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded.
Third-party Self-Paced CDs are not eligible for return or refund.
